Dear Valued Clients
The good news is that Wuhan appears to be recovering. It’s hoped that the rest of Asia soon follows suit. Therefore Australia may be in for an 8-12 week event here.
Sadly, our airlines are further reducing services and soon our airports will be filled with grounded aircraft. Australia’s International & state borders are “conditionally” open to repatriations and for “essential” travel only. A new 14 day mandatory supervised hotel quarantine protocols have been recently introduced for international arrivals and new 14 day self-isolation for crossing state borders. (Some exemptions exist for essential services travel only) Also new two person max gatherings have been announced. Most city streets are now quiet and they’ll soon be heading into a lockdown. In anticipation of the looming lockdown and for safety, Pulse Travel has now moved to remotely managing your travel whilst committing to you, 100% normal operations that do not include person to person meetings. You will now receive your normal services remotely. This also includes your 24/7 after hours emergency service. The only difference is, it’s via Facetime, emails, direct calls or online. Your dedicated team are on a reduced working roster due to the declining demand for travel.
On behalf of all the Pulse Travel Team Members, I personally thank you for your continued support and for all your emails of encouragement and good wishes during these past several weeks. Pulse Travel remains dedicated to you whilst we continue processing credits/refunds/reissues and new reservations. Feel free to call your “rostered” travel manager on –
